Ranked Choice Voting
For the first time on June 22nd, New York voters will be using Ranked Choice Voting when we cast our ballots. Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) allows voters to rank candidates by preference instead of choosing just one. It gives voters more choice and more power while ensuring majority winners and avoiding costly runoffs.
